Klaus is an experienced executive coach, working with business and government organizations as well as entrepreneurs in support of their leadership, management and business development requirements.  He has coached numerous executives from China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US.
Klaus has also designed, developed, and facilitated workshops for leadership skills, performance management, the coaching style of leadership and understanding business financials. 

He started his coaching as a successful banking business leader with over 20 years of management in international banking. Through his assignments in Hamburg, Hong Kong and Singapore, he learned to constantly change, adapt to and form different working relationships and environments, and achieved considerable cross-cultural management experience. Over these years, he has developed excellent people skills – influencing, leading, coaching, training  and motivating bosses, peers and reports alike.

Being a professional coach Klaus provides individual coaching and training with a results based and solutions focused coaching approach. He emphazises  the importance of letting his executive clients become aware of their environment, their behavior and a range of obstacles which might be holding them back.
